Since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, our office has been operating in accordance to CDC guidance, working to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and providing our patients their needed services safely.

If you have insurance, we request that you bring your insurance card to your first appointment. We will also need you to arrive 15 minutes early so you can fill out any necessary forms. If you are coming with a referral, please bring your referral and any documentation or X-rays you’ve been given by another dentist or specialist.

If your treatment needs an X-ray and you do not have a recent X-ray handy, we may request your permission to do another X-ray during your visit.

Ideally, we recommend you visit for a routine cleaning every six months. Even with the best brushing and flossing, you will miss things which leads to plaque and calculus build up. During your routine cleaning, we will help remove plaque under the gumline and in those hard-to-reach spaces between your teeth.

Our staff will not judge your dental hygiene routine and is happy to help you reach solutions to improve your routine if necessary. Remember, even dentists need to get their teeth cleaned and repaired!

Kids with healthy teeth grow up to be adults with healthy teeth. Your kids should start visiting a dentist as soon as their first tooth has erupted. Early dental visits also allow your child to develop a good relationship with their dentist. Many people grow up and are afraid of the dentist. If your child gets used to coming to the dentist at a young age and has positive experiences — they will likely never develop this common phobia.

The best treatment for your child is prevention.

By providing regular cleanings, fluoride treatment, and sealants, we can decrease the chances that your child ever develops dental cavities. Teenagers are one of the most at-risk groups to develop cavities. Many teenage diets include sweets, sports drinks, and other various snacks. Hormonal changes a teenager experiences may also change the natural bacteria in the mouth, resulting in cavities. Make sure your teenager is having routine dental exams.

We have a full staff ready to serve you. We take many appointments each day. Please call us at 206-721-7880 to set up your appointment. We will try to find a time that fits your schedule and gets you the urgent care you need if necessary.

While we can do most necessary dental services, there are unfortunately some teeth cannot be saved despite all of our training and technology. Some teeth are extracted because they are severely decayed; others may have advanced periodontal disease, or have broken in a way that cannot be repaired. Other teeth may need removal because they are poorly positioned in the mouth (such as impacted teeth), or in preparation for orthodontic treatment.

As the removal of even a single tooth can lead to problems related to your chewing ability, problems with your jaw joint and shifting teeth, we will discuss with you any options available for tooth replacement. Some cases will need to be referred out due to complexity. When needed, we can refer you to an excellent network of oral surgery specialists in the local Seattle area.

We take many insurances and are happy to answer any of your insurance questions prior to your services to ensure there are no surprises when your invoice is received.

We understand that dental bills can sometimes be more than you have available at the time. Please feel free to contact our front desk to setup a payment plan at your appointment or on the phone.

We have street parking available along the road by our office. While there are other local businesses and homes nearby, please be sure to use the street parking. The parking is free and there are usually spaces available.

Dr. Lin and Dr. Nartea have nearly 50 years of dental experience between the two of them, as well as a fully experienced staff of dental hygienists and receptionists. We are like family and we hope you will feel comfortable and like family when you visit us. If you have any concerns or bad experiences in your past with dental visits, please let us know your concerns and we will do our best to make your visit as comfortable and endurable as possible. We hope to change your experience with dental offices from a negative one to a positive one.
